Dr. Gia S. Grannum is a Pediatric Dentist and a Diplomate of the American Board of Pediatric Dentistry. She obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Dental Hygiene Education and a Master of Public Health degree at Armstrong Atlantic State University in Savannah Georgia. She earned her Doctor of Dental Medicine degree from the University of Kentucky. After dental school, she completed her pediatric dentistry specialty training at Bronx Lebanon Hospital Center in New York. She worked as a dental hygienist for several years prior to dental school, where she realized her passion was in working with children. She enjoys making a difference in a child’s dental experience and relieving a child from dental pain. She enjoys helping children and has a calming effect that helps children when they are nervous.
She has professional certifications in Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) and Basic Life Support (CPR) and makes the safety of all children her main priority.
